Register on the Supplier Portal
Sign up with your company name, registration and VAT details and a contact person. Once your account is approved you can sign in.
Complete your company profile
Answer the company questionnaire — operations, insurance, policies, licences and bank details — and submit it for review.
We review and approve
Our team checks every section. If anything needs changing you will see a note against that section, fix it and resubmit.
Add drivers and vehicles, start operating
With your profile approved, add your drivers and fleet, book rides and track payments — all from the portal.

What you need to become a supplier
We only partner with properly licensed operators. It protects passengers, it protects your business and it keeps every ride on our platform compliant with UK taxi and private hire law.
Start your application- A registered company (Companies House registration number and VAT number where applicable)
- A valid private hire operator or hackney carriage licence from your local council
- Public liability and hire & reward insurance for your fleet
- Council-licensed drivers with enhanced DBS checks
- Licensed, insured vehicles that meet your council's requirements

A driver signs up individually and works through the Licensed Taxi driver app. A supplier is a company: it registers once, then adds and manages many drivers and vehicles under its own account.

It depends on how complete your company profile is. Our team reviews each section of the questionnaire; if something needs changing you will see a note against that section and can resubmit straight away.

You do. Suppliers review and approve their own drivers' documents in the portal, using the same checks our own team uses. Vehicles are approved by the Licensed Taxi team.

Yes. Once your company profile is approved you can book rides for passengers from the portal. The fare is quoted upfront and the ride is dispatched through the Licensed Taxi platform.
