The fare shown at booking is the fare charged — no bank holiday supplements, no late-night premiums, no surprises on your monthly invoice.
Your account dashboard provides a full breakdown of every completed journey — driver, vehicle, passenger, pickup and drop-off times, distance and fare. Statements can be filtered by date range, cost centre, department or individual booker and exported as CSV or PDF for your finance team.
Business accounts can book via the Licensed Taxi web platform, mobile app, WhatsApp or directly with our 24/7 UK control room by phone. Bookings can be made in advance or on demand and can be placed by a central travel booker on behalf of any employee, client or guest.
Most accounts are fully set up and active within 2 working days of completing the enquiry form. Once approved, you receive login credentials for the management portal, your account manager's direct contact details and access to all booking channels immediately.
